On the eve of the Spring Festival, the Chinese Lunar New Year, Premier Li Qiang warmly met representatives of foreign experts who have won the Friendship Award for 2023 and those who are working in China, and had a symposium with them at the Great Hall of the People on the afternoon of February 4th.

At the symposium, Premier Li Qiang listened carefully to the experts' opinions and suggestions on China's development and government work, and extended his new year wishes and sincere greetings to the foreign experts and their families, thanking them for their long-term care and support for China's development and construction. Dr. Tanaporn Khotphat, a foreign expert from Thailand, currently working in the International College of Guangxi University, was invited to attend this symposium.
