November 11, with the open group of five individual championships battling it out, the First Student (Youth) Games of the People’s Republic of China: Badminton Competition concluded successfully. Guangxi University excellently completed the organization of the badminton event with high standards.

Since October 19th, a total of 976 players of 73 teams from all over the nation competed to vie for 21 gold medals in GXU’s comprehensive gymnasium for 24 days.

During the competition, 133 staffs of GXU and 218 technical specialists from all over the country created a good order for the competition dutifully; 296 volunteers named “Little Green Mango” actively undertook the tasks of organizing and guiding, maintaining order, and setting up the venues, so as to provide a better service.
